HOW TO ORDER
You can order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day using our on-line ordering system! Just search for the items you want and add them to your order. Internet orders entered after 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be promptly processed and shipped the next business day.
We also accept orders by fax at (+1) 949-261-7451, and by phone toll-free at 866-PASTERNACK (866-727-8376 US & Canada ), or (+1) 949-261-1920 for international calls. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 5:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST). For most efficient service, please have ready a list of quantities and part numbers and, if paying by credit card, your MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover card.
Note: Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes.
UNITED STATES ORDERS
Minimum Order:
A minimum order of $50.00 is required. There is no minimum line item required.
Shipping:
Orders shipped via UPS or FedEx are charged the actual shipping cost based on the current carriers rates. Pasternack will add a $10.00 handling fees for all orders under $100.00.
Ground Freight is Free:
There is no charge for shipping orders to any U.S.A. destination using UPS Ground Freight.
Same-Day Shipment:
Same-day shipment on orders received Monday through Friday prior to:
· 4:00 P.M. PST - UPS Next Day (Red), 2nd Day (Blue), 3rd Day ( Orange ) & UPS Ground
· 3:45 P.M. PST - FedEx Priority, Standard, 2nd Day, 3rd Day & FedEx Ground (with an approved account number)
Payment Terms
Credit Card:
MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover credit card, all purchase cards, and major bank debit cards.
Open Account Credit:
Available to businesses, schools and agencies in the USA and Canada . Subject to credit approval. Approval can begin by fully completing a credit application, which can be found in the About US section of the website.
EFT/Wire Transfers:

Returns
All Sales are final and thus, once an order is processed by Pasternack they may not be returned for credit or exchange except as covered by the Limited Warranty. All cable assemblies are made for each specific order and are non-cancellable and not returnable.

The following are additional terms and conditions for orders shipping outside the United States . We look forward to doing business with you. International Shipping:
We ship orders by UPS, FedEX (with an approved account number), or DHL (with an approved account number) with delivery in 2 to 3 days to most locations worldwide. Same-day shipment is available subject to the same time constraints for receiving the order as noted above. All orders shipped are charged the actual shipping cost based on the current carriers rates.
International Taxes and Duties:
Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.
Payment Terms
Currency:
All payments will be converted to U.S. Dollars. All pricing displayed under any international section of the Pasternack website is based on the U.S. Dollar list price, and converted to the displayed currency using exchange rates available at the time of the transaction. Credit card purchases may be slightly different from the price displayed depending on the exchange rate and service charges applied by your credit card company.
Credit Card:
MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express. Credit Card billing information must be verified on new customers prior to shipping the order.
Open Account:
Established for companies based in Canada only.
Prepaid Wire Transfer:
You can wire the funds to our bank. We will contact you with the total amount which will include shipping charges and a $40 wire transfer fee. Orders will not be accepted until funds have been received in full and Purchase Order (PO) has been received.
