How do I search for products or part numbers?
There are several ways to search for products or part numbers:
Search
Enter a keyword or part number in the search box above, upper-left.
Connector Specifier
Need a Connector, Adapter, or Cable Assembly, but not sure which type you need? Use our Connector Specifier page to locate the type of connector end by frequency or by referencing the line drawings to match the type of connector you are trying to find. Or feel free to contact our Technical Support department at techsupport@pasternack.com or toll-free at 1-866-PASTERNACK (866-727-8376).

Can I order custom-length cable assemblies on the Pasternack website?
Yes! From the Home Page, select the Coaxial Cable Assemblies product category from the left menu. Select a connector from the pull-down list for Connector A, and select another connector from the pull-down list for Connector B. Don't know which cable to use? Just click the “GO” button and all possible cable assemblies using these two connectors will be displayed. If you do know which cable to use, select a coaxial cable from the pull-down list for Cables to narrow the search.
From the results of your search, you will see for each product displayed the “Order Custom Length” button. Click this button to create a custom length cable assembly using the connector and cable selections you have identified. Enter a length for the cable assembly you wish, and click “Calculate” to develop the pricing. Once you have clicked calculate, you can add this product to your cart.

How do I track my order?
If you have not logged into your Account, you must do so first.
1. To log in, click on the "My Account" menu above to reach the login page.
2. Follow the instructions for returning customers.
3. Select "Order History" from the list.
4. Click on the link to the Order Number in question.
By clicking on the tracking number shown, it will bring you to the shipping carriers tracking site.
If you have already logged into your Account, click on the "My Account" link.
