  • How do I search for products or part numbers?

    There are 3 Ways to Search for products or part numbers:

    1. Parameter Search
      Enter a keyword, part number or phrase in the search box.
    2. Product Wizards
      Need a Connector, Adapter, or Cable Assembly, but not sure which type you need? Use our Product Wizards found on the Home Page to quickly narrow down your search results to the products you're looking for. You have the option to select multiple criteria about your products to find the exact ones you need.
    3. Website Navigation
      Using the Product Categories on the Home Page, you can drill down using sub-categories. Once you are presented with a list of products, you can use the product Filters to find the exact ones you need.

  • Can I order custom-length assemblies on the Pasternack website?

    Yes! There are multiple ways to order custom cable assemblies. Follow these steps:

    From the Home Page select the Cable Assembly Wizard. The Cable Assembly Wizard will present all of the possible cable assembly options based on the parameters you select. Once created, our system will calculate the price and will generate a part number for you. After your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation from our Customer Service department. If you place your order before 4:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST), your custom cable assembly will be built and shipped the same-day!

  • How do I track my order?

    If you have not logged into your Account, you must do so first.

    1. To log in, click on the "My Account" menu above to reach the login page.
    2. Follow the instructions for returning customers.
    3. Select "Order History" from the list.
    4. Click on the link to the Order Number in question.

    By clicking on the tracking number shown, it will bring you to the shipping carriers tracking site.

    If you have already logged into your Account, click on the "My Account" link.

  • Is your website secure?

  • How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
